What is AI:

AI means Artificial Intelligence. In other words, we can say that a machine with a brain-like human is known as AI. It is believed that our future will be AI. A lot of work has been going on for a long time and now our scientist has been successful to a great extent.  Till now we have been seen some good examples of AI, like Sophia and now Atlas robot. These are the best example of AI. So today we discuss AI; like what is AI, the advantage of AI and disadvantage of AI. But first, we tell you about Sofia and Atlas robot.

Sophia: Sophia is known as the best and advanced robot with AI technology which can interact with us. Sophia is a robot developed by Hong Kong. Sophia was activated on 14, February 2016. Sophia is able to express more than 60 facial expressions.  The height of Sophia is 6 feet. She became the first robot who receives the citizenship of any country. She is a citizen of Saudi Arabian.

Atlas Robot: Atlas is also an upgraded robot with AI technology. Atlas is designed by American Robotics Company named Boston Dynamics with funding and oversight from the US Advanced Research Project Agency. Atlas has many features that make it unique like jumping and its 360 moving.

Advantage of AI

Artificial intelligence (AI) means a machine with a mind that makes a machine like a human. A machine with AI can do work similarly a human.  AI is an interdisciplinary science with multiple approaches, but advancements in machine learning and deep learning are creating a paradigm shift in virtually every sector of the tech industry.

Continuous work:

 Unlike humans, machines can work without any breaks. Therefore, for tasks that require long working hours, these agents can continuously work to finish their tasks. Thus, machines and AI-powered agents would be more preferable than humans for such jobs.

Cost reduction: 

Most AI models are almost free to run once they are built. So they are cheaper than manual labour at scale. Despite the low cost to run, AI systems can be costly where they introduce more errors than alternatives and where the cost of errors is significant. Thankfully, in most business processes, errors already exist and are tolerated, making AI-powered systems economically feasible.

Personalization:

 Individuals can make quite accurate personalized suggestions but manual suggestions are costly and time-consuming. AI-powered alternatives are faster and more cost-effective.

Overcoming hazardous conditions: 

AI + robotics unlock the most significant savings as machines can take over tasks that are harmful to humans. Some tasks can be dangerous for humans to perform. This may cause health issues for humans and prevent them from performing these tasks properly. Yet, machines can handle these tasks without difficulty. Thus, using machine intelligence is more preferable than humans to complete such tasks.

No human replication:

No matter how high-tech the robot is, but still he can never replace a human being. A robot can’t do that thing which a person does.

No improvement with experience:

Just as a man learns from his experience, a robot can ever learn something new. A person always learns new things with his experience but a robot only does those things which are programmed under them.

Creativity is not the key to AI:

Creativity is the key to the success of a man. Creativity makes a man unique but when we talk about robots, they don’t have any creativity.

Unemployment:

In future AI will be the main cause of unemployment. More than half of people will be unemployment by coming AI. Because after the arrival of AI, the work many people done by a single robot.
